Comfortable beds, clean well appointed rooms
One “cafe” to service entire property. We were told at the cafe that they had too many orders for breakfast and could not service us. Nothing else in walking distance. Taxi charged us $100 for ride from the airport. Staff had us wait for 2 hours for our room on our second stay with them. (Before and after our Catamaran Cruise). They called us “the one nighters”, when paging us in their lobby. They gave out a villa just like ours to a family who arrived after we did because they were staying a week. Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am, no early or late check in or out, they say, because of COVID. No housekeeping during your stay. You have to call for fresh towels and they will leave them at your door. They will knock on your door at 10am to clean your room and get you out. TV never received a signal in the master bedroom during our stay. I had to call after we left to have someone else’s restaurant bill of $89 removed from my bill. I will not return.
